Putnam City Original beat West at the toga face-off at the game! We had 18 students in togas, they had 10. Bene factum!

State Convention--Winners and Officers
Students from Putnam City High School and Putnam City West High School competed well at the Oklahoma Junior Classical League's State Convention. The two schools combined to win first place in the Lower Division Spirit Competition and second place in Ludi Volleyball. Putnam City High had three students named state officers: Steele Willison, President; Alyssa Welker, Sergeant at Arms; Mina Farzad, Historian. In addition, students received the following awards:
- Crane Billingsley, first in Photographs, first in Handmade Dolls, second in Jewelry, and second in overall arts
- Will Hardridge, first in greeting cards, seventh in overall arts
- Herbert Bauer, first in costume, seventh in overall arts
- Steele Willison, ninth in Level 3 mythology, second in slogan, 8th in overall arts
- Alyssa Welker, third in slogan, ninth in overall arts
- Maggie Ivich, tenth in Level 1 Roman history
